Automated Overtime Calculations for California. We started the year with a market first feature your customers might love as much as you do. Your customers need to figure out overtime, as a platform this is a chore you don't want to take on- - so we stepped in to help! Unlike most payroll products on the market, our payroll engine now features an overtime module that automatically calculates overtime payments for hourly workers in California. Goodbye manual calculations, goodbye noncompliance. Simply input the worked hours per employee when calculating gross to net, and our engine applies jurisdictional rules to generate overtime and double overtime payments automatically. We'll continue implementing overtime rules for new states, enabling you to focus on your core business while we ensure compliance.
Auto Refresh. We made available a new feature that allows payroll runs to be automatically recalculated when new input is received. As your customers make changes in your platform, you can turn on auto-refresh and post the relevant changes, and payroll will be automatically done. This feature enables a seamless experience between your platform and Salsa, reducing orchestration and enhancing automation. Year End Completion. Year-end activities can be hectic for payroll companies, but we're here to shield you from distractions and ensure your customers remain compliant. We've completed all year-end activities, including notifications to employers, annual filings and tax payments, delivery of 1099 and W2 to workers, and compliance updates for 2023. We're committed to ensuring that you can focus on your core business while we take care of your payroll needs.
